We loved visiting the local mall and exploring the nearby attractions. The hotel was clean and had a beautiful lobby. Just be aware of extra costs for parking and breakfast, which can add up quickly.
One of the front desk staff was not accommodating, which made check-in stressful. No one informed us about essential hotel details, leading to extra charges.

Great Hotel for Families, but needs improvement
The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect, right next to high-end shopping. Enjoyed a large room with floor-to-ceiling windows, I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw the amazing views.
It wasn’t cheap, but for the most part it was still acceptable.

comfort and cleanliness, but some check-in confusion
The room was remarkably clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bed. The huge window in my queen room allowed for plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The updated shower and bathroom fixtures added a modern touch to my stay, elevating the overall experience.
Check-in was not as smooth as I expected.
